Edicine, in collaboration with the V.P. Filatov International Foundation for Biomedical Technology Development (Russia) & Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre (TN, India) is proud to announce the Young Medicine Competition – 2026 for Indian Universities and Research Organizations.
This prestigious project is part of the Decade of Science and Technology program, established by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation. For the first time, this research contest is being extended to BRICS countries.
Who Can Participate? Young Researchers across the medical and biomedical spectrum.

📅 Indian Round:
Edicine, in conjunction with the Russian Embassy and with support from the Indian Government, will organize a Live Competition in India.
Date: 12th of May 2026.
Venue: Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Center, Maduranthakam, Tamil Nadu 603308.
Focus: Identifying innovative, high-impact biomedical research.
Winners : The 2 Best Research Projects from India will be selected
Price: Full Sponsorship for Summer School of Research in Moscow (June - July 2026).
🏆 Grand Round:
The top five international participants, selected by an expert panel, will be awarded full sponsorship to attend the face-to-face competition in Russia.
Timeline: December 2026.
Location: Moscow.
Grand Prize: Cash Award for Best Project.
